The cluster CITACA opt for a stable collaboration between its research units to promote the development of R&D and knowledge transfer activities. In order to continue creating and consolidating collaboration between these units, a governing model was designed to facilitate the relations according to the cluster’s organisational needs.
This governing model structure enables to achieve in an efficient and sustainable way the cluster’s strategic objectives, answering to its current needs, through the constitution of a Steering Committee lead by a Director/Coordinator as the leading entity manager and supported by a Technical Secretariat in charge of the service in different tasks, administrative and commercialisation, management and internationalisation.
It was also created a Executive Committee conformed by different specialized thematic areas, and a Scientific Committee whose main function is to plan the cluster’s scientific research and innovation strategy.
